Clubruns and diary dates

Please bring cycle lock and puncture repair items (inner tube or patches, pump or inflator) with you on clubruns. For winter clubruns, please bring front and rear lights with you too, just in case (we don't intend to still be out at night!)

Clubnights are on first WEDNESDAY of each month at Highams Park School, Handsworth Avenue, London E4 from 8pm. Easiest route into the school is to take the third gateway off Church Avenue,
which runs off Handsworth Ave. (Optional use of cycle circuit at school between 5-8pm for £3 per rider).

Dates:

Every Wednesday: 5pm-10pm coaching sessions at Highams Park School, Handsworth Avenue, Highams Park, London E4, run by Crest club coach Tony Harvey. Activities will vary according to time of year but likely to include circuit use, coaching, classroom sessions, seminars, circuit training and weight training.

Sunday 15 January 2012: clubrun. Meet 9.30 at Roebuck Hotel, Ware. 11's Whitwell. Lunch Moon and Stars, Rushden.

Sunday 22 January 2012: clubrun. Meet 9.30 Abridge. 11's Hatfield Heath. Lunch The Viper.

Sunday 29 January 2012: clubrun. Meet 9.30 Abridge. 11's Waterside Cafe, South Hanningfield. Lunch The Duck, Newney Green.

Sunday 5 February 2012: clubrun. Meet 9.30 Stag Hall, Ugley. 11's The Blue Egg, Great Bardfield. Lunch The Bluebell, Hempstead.

Sunday 12 February: clubrun. Meet 9.30 Abridge. 11's Hanging Gardens, Writtle. Lunch The Black Lion, High Roding.

Sunday 19 February: clubrun. Meet 9.30 Abridge. 11's Hatfield Heath. Lunch The Leather Bottle, Pleshey.

Sunday 26 February: clubrun. Meet 9.30 Epping. 11's Tap Room, Ware. Lunch The Fox, Matching Tye.

Saturday 2 March: Stag Hall, Ugley. Preparation for tomorrow's annual road race.

Sunday 3 March: Crest Spring Road Race. HQ Stag Hal, Ugley. Race start 9am. Helpers (marshals, finish stewards, judging, tea-making, sign-on) required. Please let Dave Muir know asap if you can help.
