We welcome prospective members onto our clubruns (Sundays) or to our monthly clubnight. Clubrun destinations are listed on the Clubruns/diary page.

Our clubroom is Wanstead Rugby Club, Roding Lane North, Ilford, Essex, IG8 8JY, from 8pm on the first Thursday of each month from December.

Membership fees are £20 per year for seniors, £10 for juniors or £30 for a couple/family. Membership subs are payable each October. All members must have third party liability insurance via the CTC, BC or similar cycling organisation.
